Private sessions
1 hour session — $110
Each session is tailored to your individual interests and needs. I work primarily with the nervous system using tools from Somatic Experiencing® and Somatic Resilience and Regulation, and will blend in Alexander Technique use and movement principles as well. See below for further descriptive information.
If you are a new client, I invite you to email me at info@gina-kelley.com to discuss working together and to learn about my current availability for sessions.
Existing clients can book below through my online scheduler or email to discuss additional times.

private sessions - modality descriptions
Somatic Experiencing® (SE): SE techniques offer support for resolving the aftereffects and remnants of trauma that manifest in the present day body as feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, stress, hyper vigilance, sleeplessness, mood swings, chronic pain, avoidance, and other challenging or seemingly unrelated symptoms. Nearly everyone is effected by trauma — whether it be from long-term factors such as early childhood environments or acute incidents like accidents, falls, or medical procedures. In short, trauma can be viewed as anything that is “too much, too soon, without adequate support.” SE techniques are skillfully used to help the recipient notice small shifts in physical sensations and release trauma energy that is stuck in the fight, flight or freeze states of the nervous system, in a safe and manageable way.
Somatic Resilience and Regulation (SRR): Somatic Resilience and Regulation, developed by Kathy Kain and Stephen Terrell, focuses on understanding the effects of Developmental Trauma on the child, as well as the developing adult. This cutting edge work opens the door to working in the milieu of nonverbal trauma. By understanding the neurochemistry of early trauma, and rebuilding developmental platforms through regulation, clients begin to move from a high-cost-of-doing-business system to a smoother and less stress-oriented system.
Alexander Technique (AT): Elements of Alexander Technique work include investigating how one thinks about movement, learning about functional anatomy, recognizing both habitual thought and movement patterns that may not be useful anymore, and re-educating the mind-body on how to pursue movements and activities with more ease and balance. The trained hands of the teacher gently guide the recipient’s system into learning new neurological and muscular pathways more quickly and efficiently, in a slow, manageable and retainable manner. Hands on work is applied both in activity and movement and in table work (lying down, fully clothed and supported with props when helpful).
SE, SRR, and AT all have experiential/ educational elements as well as gentle and potentially profound hands-on touch work components. We can discuss what combination most resonates with you and would be helpful in your process.
