Attune Yoga is a unique movement practice created by Gina Kelley that integrates awareness and movement principles of the Alexander Technique with alignment-based yoga, somatic movement, and mindfulness. Classes begin in stillness and reflection, and build into rhythmic, intelligent flowing sequences that invite each participant to use skillful attention and embodiment cues to find optimal movement and potential. The practices are a safe and easy way to explore nervous system regulation.

Attune Yoga’s virtual home features a library of yoga classes, short practices, and somatic educational tips that can be accessed anytime/anywhere. Drop in for the month to learn some new self-regulation tools or stay a while to build your practice.
