Attune Yoga is a unique movement practice created by Gina Kelley that integrates awareness and movement principles of the Alexander Technique with alignment-based yoga, somatic movement, and mindfulness. Classes begin in stillness and reflection, and build into rhythmic, intelligent flowing sequences that invite each participant to use skillful attention to find optimal movement and potential.
